the property behind me is vacant, and i cannot get ahold of the real owners of the property, this tree is killing my grass and my wooden deck, I can't chop it down, so how do it kill it without chopping or girding it. Serious answers only, it not a crime to kill a messy non native to my area tree.

It's rather easy to find out who pays the property taxes for the land. Do a google for your county property tax office and they'll have an online seach. You might have to pay $15 of so to have the info mailed or a phone call could do it.
Kill the tree? The problem will be that then you'll have a dead tree which is a hazard in itself.

It doesn't sound like they are a hazard to property(other than the rock wall) and life, so you're stuck with getting an Attorney and sueing him. Be sure you get very good quality photos of the tree line and all the damage they are producing. I recommend using film and not Digital photos. Have them developed at a reputable photo shop (not Wal-Mart or one of those type). Contact a good Landscape contractor and have him give you estimates for repairing the damage and solutions for stopping the damage from reoccuring. Do not kill those trees unless you are ready for serious legal problems. Some communities might consider it a civil matter and others a criminal matter. You don't want a Felony record over some pine trees and a rock wall.

It is a crime unless you call your local state offices and ask them to do it. I do not believe you can legally cut down a tree without permission and or assistance from a state agency (at least here you can't) We have them here through our power companies but this IS a hurricane state so??? You call them and they come out with a truck and remove it. If you have to do it yourself, it could cost hundreds of dollars into the thousands depending on how big it is?

I do not know of anything chemical wise that will kill a tree that big. Go to home depot and ask the garden center people? They might know?

But remember... Dead trees attract termites and other wood destroying organisms so... Watch both your deck and you house if you kill it! Subterranean termites are a bi*tch!

Drill 4 or 5 very deep holes into the tree base and pour petrol or diesel fuel into the holes....
This will kill the roots over a period of around 6 months.
Other than that get it proffessionally chopped down and get a stump grinder on it.

If you drill holes in it - do you know how long its going to take to kill it - A LONG TIME. Try going to your city/town clerks office - they have tax maps / tax bills. You can find out the owner of the property that way and contact the owner for a better solution!

Peel a large section of the bark off and start scraping away at the inner cambium. Bugs will find the sap and start getting into the tree.

What will you do with a dead tree? A dead pine tree will drop dry branches all over the place. I'm not really qualified to say but I would worry about a dead tree falling on my house.

Good luck.

Simply cut a ring (go for a 2 inch wide band ) around the entire base/trunk, removing that section of bark. Tree die, go boom.

Why does it matter that it is killing your grass, and how on earth is it "killing" your deck?

treat your wood deck with a wood treatment so that any sap from the tree won't hurt it.

And if it IS NOT on your property, you have NO RIGHT to kill it. Your neighbors could sue you.
