I just bought my set of Proactiv.
The instructions giving were not very clear, do anyone of you know the best and complete set of methods I should follow for the best effects?

use twice a day, wash with renewing cleanser, wipe face with toner, when face is dry put repairing lotion on.
if u use the mask then put the mask on after u wash ur face, wait ten minutes, rinse it off and go to the toner and then the lotion.
if you have the daily oil control moisturizer put it on right before the repairing lotion
if you have the SPF moisturizer put it on over the repairing lotion

for the three step method, wash with the cleanser 2 x's per day, put the toner on a cotton swab and go over face after cleansing and then use the moisturizer. Also there is a new ingredient on the market called praventin which is from milk and used in a number of dietary supplements targeting clear skin benefits.

That was a waste of money for me--I hope you have better luck.
I know you wash with the cleanser, then use the toner--let dry and then finish with the lotion. Once a week or twice--use the mask.

I'm sure if you call the toll free number that is on the package they will explain it in terms you understand. Have you tried to call them. Or look it up online.
