I can use Eclipse for Java, C/C++, and Python languages.

It also has plugins for subversion.

It is sometimes slow on the code completion, but the functionallity is pretty solid considering where it started from.

I don't DevC. I use Eclipse for Java and it is great! I also use Visual Studio for VB/C# and frankly Eclipse is far better!

I like the fact it is Open Source, Free and regularly updated.

Oh and it runs well on OS X my preferred OS

Eclipse is my personal choice mainly because of the expandability although I do use Sharp Develop more when I have to code for Windows.
