- Open up the Command Prompt (Start Menu > Run, type "cmd")
- Type "ping www.website.com" where "www.website.com" is the website for which you want the IP address, and it'll give you the IP.

ping the website. if it's a site like msn where the routers block the pings you can trace the route to it and try to guess the ip's based on the ip of the gateway router that drops the pings...the two ips are probably in the same network/subnet and the next hop is probably the lowest or highest number in the next subnet but they might use VLSM...
