I think everyone cares to a point. I mean we all try to do what we can to look our best, dress well, etc. In the end though, the question would be does it affect all the decisions you make and the answer to that would be no. I don't care.

No I don't care because i know who and what I am. I agree with you that it is fun not to care because it is so much work trying to make everyone happy and I found out that if I am happy people can see that and they still like me. Go figure!

I think it's human nature to want to be liked, even if you don't admit having that feeling. But a lot of people's opinions are not worth worrying about. As long as you are happy with yourself moralistically and ethically, you should never give a damn...just don't hurt other people that's all...

It is more fun not to care and just being yourself, i find that more people conversat and like me now that am just free and kinda out there. I'm enjoying it and made more friends over the years.

I am my own person and I try to act like I don't care what other people think of me...but on the inside of course I want people to like me, my personality, my looks! We're always looking to be accepted in society, and I mean everyone, probably even you even though you say you don't.

unfortuately, i do care about what other people think of me... a lot! and it's horrible living that way! when i see something pretty at a shop for example, i always think 'oh no, i'm never gonna wear that! it's too flashy and everyone will look at me!' or even 'i'm too nerdy to wear that' because i hate myself and i don't want other people to think stuff like 'who does she think she is?'. i hate being like this, i would love to be like you and concentrate on what i like and how i would like to be rather than what other people think of me! and it's also true that when i'm around people that are considered 'popular' in my high school, i try not to show my true colors because i know that in a way, my reputation is in their hands! life isn't fair.

It wears me out to care what people think about me, so I've decided to just live my life the way I want, without worries of other people judging me.

I do. I am insecure in many ways - looks and image.
I think everyone wants to live to the expectation of people, the society and the environment.

I am practically sociopathic in my lack of concern for what people think about me....
It free's my mind of all possible future guilt and enables me to just get on with whatever it is I shouldn't be doing!!
