Googled it. Found it on Amazon available from a books store in Washington state but it was over $2,000. Okay I had to edit my answer after doing a tad more research. As far as I know this book is not in print but you can find out for sure from Barnes & Noble/Bookstar or Border's. If it is in print they shouldbe able to order it for you. The ISBN is 2-264-02956-0. Also try Ebay. Ebay and Barbie have every damn thing. It sounds like an interesting book. There is a little information about his book on Wikipedia. You should also check out a book called The History of the Devil. You'll find a free online version of it at sacredtext.com. You might also find other books there you might be interested in reading. I saw a list of names of demons in the blurbs about the book infernal and I have read many of those names in other books. My favorite is Asmodee (Asmodius). There are so many cool stories about him, some biblical stories too. All right I don't want to invoke anything. Good luck with your search.
