Your question doesn't make sense. If you're asking about if you should ask your children how they would feel if you and your husband divorced, then you shouldn't. Your children aren't mature enough to answer that. Also, you and your husband are the adults in the family and also how the responsibility. If you have come to the decision that you are going to separate then the both of you need to sit down with the children and let them know what's going on but keep it age appropriate. To help with that I would go to my 6yr old's counselor and ask for advice and my 4yr old's day care provider. They have gone through this and it'll also give them a heads up and keep an eye out for any differences in behavior. Good luck!
