NOOOOOOO! If you commit a rape, murder, terrorist attack, or any other heinous crime against another person you should forgo your human rights, because anyone who does this ISN`T HUMAN, and holds no compassion, empathy or respect, so why should they have any rights? All these do-gooders get on my T**S, that`s why the country is in the state it`s in. Would they still feel the same if their 4 year old daughter was kidnapped, tortured, raped and then murdered? Or granny was beaten to death in her own home by some low-life scum for her pension book? An eye for an eye is whats right, and that doesn`t make me as bad as them. And to the politically correct lefty below me, I`m not talking genetics or physical form, I`m talking warped and dangerous minds, that I hope none of his loved ones ever encounter.

Contrary to the "anyone who does this isn't human" comment, above, I think you'll find that criminals and non-criminals all have the same genetic structure - that of a human.
Human rights are something that all humans should have, regardless of criminal status. That's why we call it 'human rights' and not 'law-abiding public' rights.

Yeah, they should because if we respond to the criminals in the same sick way they acted, then we are no better than they are.
If we don't respond using human rights laws, we lose our own humanity, the same way the criminal has.
