It is a way to buy and sell tickets at cost price. Keep checking back as tickets come and go quickly.
Don't rule out eBay though. I was looking for The Shins at Nottingham, and vile touts were selling tickets for about sixty quid. Then a gent comes on and offers at face value. What a star. I've also offered unwanted tickets on eBay at cost, so you never know.
