Or is he going to be dinged up all season?

From what I've read, and I've tried to keep up with Jamal because I picked him up late in a couple of football drafts, is that he is back to normal. He is back to how he was 2 years ago when he put up 1800 (or however many) yards for Baltimore.

Whether or not he'll stay healthy, I would venture to say yes. They've got Steve McNair up there, McNair, aside from being a total bad ***, is a helluva QB and will take some of the focus off Jamal Lewis. With Dilfer, and Boller, Lewis was THE GUY, now they have a new GUY, and Lewis will be able to take a breather here and there.

He's probably healthy now...last year was kind of rough year for him...he had just got out of prison and had an injury coming into the season.

I think he'll be in top 10 in rushing yards this year (1300-1450 yards).

He's still a good back and fairly young (27-28).

I think he is healthy and ready to play. Mike Anderson should help him stay healthy for the season.

He is for now, but with that second rate offense, it won't last long.
