In terms of international teams then perhaps you are correct with Lithuania if your only criteria is the recent winning streak. If you are judging on and win /loss ratio over the entire history of the game then I think the ABs take the prize. However if you are looking for consistancy at the highest level over time then perhaps Canterbury could join the ABs as contenders.

Brian Lima! He is one helluva tackler! In the 2003 world cup when samoa faced south africa, he tackled Derick Hougaard, after the match Hougaard said that that was the hardest tackle he ever got!
