KISS... there was a reason why the closed the show!!! You save the best for last and they were clearly put on the best performance of the evening.

Joe Elliot & Rob Halford sounded horrible... and I love both bands. Judas Priest is one of my favourite bands of all-time - top 5 for sure, possibly top 3.

Queen put on the 2nd best performance of the evening, but they're not necessarily better than Priest. Paul Rodgers did a great job. Not easy following in Freddy's footsteps.

Of those 4 bands...
1 KISS... "You Wanted The Best... You Got The Best"
2 Judas Priest
3 Queen
4 Def Leppard

Once again, a question that requests you to compare apples to oranges. It really is a personal preference unless you talk money which I guess you could equate to success.

Judas Priest although a really good band cannot draw the crowd of the other three.

Kiss, and I've been a fan since the mid 70's, is tired. They haven't put out a new album in quite awhile. Simmons and Stanley are riding out their fame opening up coffee shops in the south east US. Give me a break and get back to the boards and do some real stuff.

Joe Elliott and the boys are good. Saw them on tour with Journey but they couldn't even draw a sell out.

Queen is not the same without Freddy Mercury. Although Paul Rodgers did a phenomenal job on the Spring US tour of Queen/Paul Rodgers. Back in their day, Hyde Park, England, they had the all time attendance record and none of the other 3 would have pulled off the numbers that they did in their respective hometowns. Freddy's song, "Bohemian Rhapsody" hit the charts not once but twice. All in all Queen is now rivalling Beatles status in England. Can the other three claim that status?

A little trivia for you here--Freddy Mercury of Queen and Eric Carr of Kiss died on the same day!

To me a toss up between Queen and KISS.
2 different sounds.

A lot of Def Lepord stuff sounds the same.Judas had a couple good songs but not even close to the first two mentioned.

I would have to say Queen, not just because they're my personal favorite out of those four, but because they've probably influenced more musicians than (and including!) the other three.

And by the way, it's Def Leppard.

:o)

Def Lep was cool, but not great. Priest was very cool, but forgettable. I'd say Queen was the best, even though I love Kiss.
