where in the hell can i find a "white" titanium tongue ring? 14 or 12 gauge?cannot find one on ebay or anywhere else for that matter?

You might need to get white acrylic balls to use on a titanium shaft if you're determined to get titanium. I wasn't able to find anything that was entirely white and titanium.
