Probably not as much as it should be at the moment but you should think long term.

Having worked on The Sustainable Development Agenda a few years ago I know the topic is far from new. Now it seems to be gathering pace and we even have organisations looking at green energy for data centres.

As far as earnings potential it will probably be more beneficial in countries like Sweden but if Arnie schwartz' is campaign gets of The ground the USA may yet again be the fertile land for well educated engineers and scientists.

At a guess I would say right job in UK once you have gained experience and mileage on your CV -£40K pa at the moment

But do the research contact employment agencies that deal with engineers - Telegraph but I cannot remember which day.
