trading standers?

if you had all your computer gear taken by trading standers would you be able too reclaim any of the items

no im not involved in anything like that but a friend of mine was they even took his xbox 360 which is legit, what do you think of the chances of him getting it back?

It depends on why Trading Standards took your gear. Is it part of a legal investigation that might, in some way, lead to you getting a conviction? Are you involved in illegal, or fraudulant activity? If you are, you stand every chance of losing it forever.
