i train daily lifting weights and occasionly do cv, other the playing 5 a side.
i have a quick metabolism and am finding it difficult to build muscle mass, i dont want to be huge just bigger than i am now? does anybody know of any supplements that can help, i have used protein drinks and creatine capsules but they dont seem to help? any suggestions?

Being that you have a fast metabolism and do cardio it is going to be difficult for you to gain. But there is hope if you are dedicated enough. Doing weights is a great way to gain weight but only if you are supplying your body with enough fuel. Choose a mass building supplement that is both high in protein and carbohydrates. A lot of supplements are only high in protein but you need carbs as well to gain size quickly. Just go into any supplement shop and look for mass gainers rather then just plain protein or whey powders. Try to consume 2grams of protein and 2grams of carbs for every kg of body weight. Its tough and you have to eat like a beast but if you are dedicated, eat enough and hit the weights then your body has no choice but to grow. Good luck.

Lots of Meats Lipids and Food high in Carbs like Pasta dairy food as well that pretty much all i no. oh just so ya no your suposed to put on weight before you lift the weights

McDonalds oh! that been done. Suggest you give it time - up to the age of twenty five/ twenty six you can eat what you want drink what you want and still stay slim but one day you will be a fat B'starred!!!

you should be glad you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want! oj! im glad a do gymnastics!it keeps me healthy! i dont have a clue what you should eat! i eat special energy bars that you get from some boots stores!
