Aside: My sister did "Sybil" all day once. And she is face to face with the public. I wish I could have seen it.

Absolutely, but remember to mix it up and switch other accents in during the day. You can go Italian like Father Karras' mom in the exorcist "Why you do dis?" and also, throw in a little Chewbacca (they'll think you have tourettes)

sure if your goal is to make the customers even more angry and then pass them on to your boss who will immediately turn around and tell you to do your job professionally or hit the pavement. so if the goal here is to get fired then by all means go ahead...
