I recently purchase a 70 year old house and it has the original boiler in it. I will have to replace the boiler so Should I stay with the Hot Water Radiators or go to a forced hot air system?

Keep it! The only reason they aren't around much it the cost. Forced air is cheap, and the effect of it is only temporary.

Hot water heat is the best all the way around. It is economical, warmer, adds humidity to your home in the winter, and the least amount of maintenance. See how long that boiler lasted? A new one will outlast you! There are so many things you can do with the radiators, decorating-wise, or you can replace them with modern equipment if you don't like the looks of them. Good Luck!

Some people prefer radiant, but I try to sell them forced air in this situation, consider with forced air you can filter the air, control the humidity, air condition it & they can be purchased more energy efficient than a boiler system, they are also less expensive to replace after they're life expectancy. But to retrofit them into a old home can be tough, which can make the installation expensive.
Consider getting a bid both ways, then make your decision.

T Squared said it right. By changing to a forced-air system, you'll be able to install A/C. (Now or later) which may be a good selling point if you want to put your home on the market. Additionally, you must consider the age of the system - you may be looking at multiple leaks in the near future. One major disadvantage with hydronic heating (hot water heat) is a failure while on vacatiion. I have seen more than one home completely devastated by frozen and bursted water pipes. Good luck to you.

Steam heat has several advantages over forced hot air, the best advantage being that it keeps the humidity level inside the house higher than forced hot air. Dry air can wreak havoc in a house, cracking plaster, drying out wood trim and furniture, as well as causing static electricity when you walk on carpet.

blower uses 5x electric than pump. airducts get nasty in time. $ to clean= hard to get inside ductwork. i'd try to stay with boiler. radiators can be run with hot water + extra piping
