Well actually.. neither of those Foundations you are asking about are good for your skin! Foundation may hide all that.. but its also bad for your skin as it clogs up your pores which allows air and moisture to your skin! If you want a good Foundation to hide blemishes and spots.. use a Moisterising Foundation! You can get one in pretty much any store that sells Beauty products!

While you are younger go with a light liquid or light powder foundation. As you age, or get bad spots or black circles under your eyes you can start using a heavier foundation.
Always choose a foundation that best matches your skin tone. Look out for cheap foundations
- that make you look like you've cemented your face
- that leave marks on your clothing
- that crumble as the day goes on
- that make your face itch.
Good luck - and remember less is more.

Well, I have been wearing makeup since I was a teenager. But now, i just recently bought Bare Minerals makeup and love it. I threw all my liquid makeup away. I have watched those infomercials for quite some time and have a friend that tried it and I absolutely loved her skin, it looks so fresh. I did use covergirl foundation in the past and found it was very good. I called the number and gave Bare Minerals a shot. I love it. Hope you are able to try it.

I use Magie Matte by Lancôme, it's a soft finish matte mousse foundation that works like a charm, it's really long lasting (almost 12 hours) and the best is that it won't clog my pores (like the liquid and the solids foundations were doing) and it really does look natural. Maybelline also has a matte mousse foundation, I've never tried it myself but a friend has and her makeup always looks natural and with a perfect finish.

Liquid foundation and just a thin veil of powder. The powder will 'set' the foundation. It really does make a difference. Remember, use a light hand!

Liquid to powder foundation is the best. Doesn't run and goes on natural looking.

Right before my wedding, I switched to Victoria Jackson cosmetics. That has always been the best choice for me. I could tell such a dramatic difference in the appearance of my skin in pictures, and people gave alot of compliments, seemingly sincere.
Hers isn't liquid by the way, it's a solid cream that you sponge onto your skin.
Hope this helps!

Usually liquid ones are for dry areas and powered ones are for oily areas. If you put liquid foundation on oily areas, it will make you skin look shiny (in oily way, not in healthy way). So it is beeter to use both, especially if you have combination skin, which most females have. (usually the nose and forehead area are oily and cheeks tend to be dryer). Hope this helps.

maybelline dream mousse foundation is great! It goes on and covers like a creamy foundation but it makes my skin look really smooth and its not at all cakey. They have blush that is really pretty in the mousse as well.
