I am waiting for the first cold
rain, so i may light my fireplace
& sit by the fire watching the flames
flicker & crackle as the rain beats down
on the land & house of loneliness ...
Then dance in the rain & maybe out of
the clouds a woman's scent will transude
within my sense as the rain drops hit my
tears & become one with natures tears .....
And as i stand soaking wet i shall remove
the dripping wet clothing then go lay
by the fire and sleep putting a face in
my dreams to that wandering scent of
the mysterious woman of the rain clouds ...
