I'm a doctor in a hospital, with 5 patients in my care, each of whom are deathly ill, and each of whom needs a single organ to survive. In walks the Domino's pizza delivery guy. I know he's a match for all of my patients, and I think it's very likely that I can chloroform him and cut him up for parts, saving the lives of my five patients. (I also think that I can dispose of the remains of the body without getting caught.) What would you do this is quite a pickle for myself? please give me your input

However, you didn't add quite enough provisos to your little moral dilemma tale. So, what I would do is eat a slice of pizza while walking down to the organ storage room, retrieve the organs that were harvested from cadavers, and use those to save my patients' lives.

i don't think that you have 5 patients deathly ill, and, oh! all-of-a-sudden... one pizza man to save all of them!!
see what i mean? it's unlikely.
now, if you hold a grudge against this pizza man, or think he's wronged you, and want to murder him... there's different ways for going about something like this.
as far as the patients go... you'll need to find other people that are dying, or are donating organs.
it will depend alot on whether they're vital organs or not.
not another Jack the Ripper, alright pal?

Take your self up to the mental ward and have a check up. You can't murder someone to save others who may or may not survive a transplant. Have you been drinking the pickle juice?
