Hi

I'll sugest choose Public Administration as optional for prelims and mains(Scope of syllabus is less compared to others and easy to understand)

for other subject choose any of History,Geography,psychology
or Maths(Only if u know it well and interested)

my best advice is to spend a part of your day studdying and reading books on administration, brush up your general knowledge and read history,find out some one who has done the exam and discuss with him the various topic that you have to know for civil service, best of luck and keep reading
