60min for 1mile =1 mile per hour
7min devided by 60= 8.57
got it? used a calculator to check my work...
to run a 4 minute mile, 15 miles per hour.

1/7 of a mile per minute, so that in 7 minutes you have run that mile. At first you might be running faster than 1/7 of a mile per minute, so that will help as you tire.
