A very good question indeed but let me ask you one question. one evil person is in habit of walking in his sleep and in his sleep he by chance (unintentionally) saves a person.
A good deed is done by him but would you call him good human being.
I am sure your answer would be no.
why?
Because he is evil by nature and the good deed done by him was unconsciously.
So let me come to the point. Yes almost every single human being might have stolen something someday but while stealing anything this thought have never occurred in their mind that i am stealing.
I guess your Jesus have said somewhere that O lord forgive them because they don't know what they are doing.
It means if consciously you are not committing any mistake than you are not guilty.
So I would say that when you consciously steal something then only you are guilty of theft.
Your conscious is the best Judge so ask your conscious

theft is a thought the place possession exist. If there is not any possession there is not any theft. If no one cares which you took a pencil and it could have been freely given then i've got faith no theft has got here approximately. not everybody is accountable for theft even the place possession exists yet we see plenty selfishness and shortage of attention for others that it rather is easy to have faith it rather is not so. some human beings have in no way stolen something, not a pencil or a paper clip or something. it rather is unusual through fact such honesty isn't valued in our society. We call those human beings freaks. Our values are nearer to the video game Vice city which glorifies the alternative. i like that game. Our subculture believes it fairly is exciting to be undesirable so human beings are extremely joyful with the help of doing what they have faith are undesirable issues like taking pencils and paper clips from the workplace. undesirable human beings, undesirable!

O dear, and by breathing we contribute to global warming too.
Stop wallowing in guilt. Property is theft anyway, as Rousseau knew long ago...

Well, there's theft defined by the law, and there's moral theft that's defined my our collective consciousness. Either way, I think we're all guilty.
