I'm 5'4" 110 lbs. and I measure 36 24 36 I have been buying a combination of size small and size medium shirts and size 3 juniors jeans but I don't know what size pants I should buy if I want to wear women's clothes. Would I be a 2 or 4?

it all depends on the clothing manufactrer you could be a size 2 but in some pants you may find a 2 a bit snug depending on the cut and style. You just need to try them on if you are buying online there is generally a size and measurement chart available on most web sites

You could be either a 2 or a 4 depending on the maker.
Most Juniors sizes are one number bigger than what you would need in Missie's since Juniors have a slimmer cut, less curve.

Just try on the jeans you like in both sizes to see which one fits better. It shouldn't be tight and wrinkle around your hips, butt, and thighs. I've seen many girls and women wearing their jeans like this, it only makes them look heavier than they are. The fabric should lay smooth over you when standing still. If it bunches, then go the next size up. Don't worry about the number on the tag, you can always tear it out if you don't like what it says. It's more important to get the best fit than a small number.

Ideally, you would wear size 4, but you're going to have to try on each brand since some women's clothing brands run a bit large (they swear it increases sales).

Evan-Picone makes a good line for your size.
