i boaght it yesterday but 2day it dosen't work ,when i turn it on there is no programm in desktop even recycelbin and my computer,by the way i download sth last night from internet:((

So it does work (since you turned it on and see your desktop) Its just you can not see any thing on your desktop?? Try looking in the start menu (right click). Its hard to tell what exactly your problem is. I am a whiz at computers...never met one I couldn't fix...but I am not sure what you are having a problem with.

I suggest you take it back to the seller if you had a warranty, he should be able to fix it for you...
I think the program you downloaded may have interfered with some of your files...
Try this.. Start the computer in safe mode.. i.e
- Press the start button
- hit F8 or F6 repeatedly until you have the screen with choices
- choose safe mode
- start system restore, restore to an earlier time...

1. Check your OS version, that's really helpful if any errors happen.
2. Go to Start menu, right click My computer and check Show on my desktop
3. Right click on your desktop and check Arrange to auto arrange (help you arrange it more conveniently)
4. If you're not good at Computer, you'll need to ask expert to help you or you may cause some trouble to your PC

Well, you could always call a cable guy to fix it to get the internet. That happend to me last year! but don't waste your money by bying another computer.

go 2 someone who knows computers ....a professional ...and tell him 2 instal windows an antivirus an some multimedia programs...

actually if you can go into windows it means it works. go under start menu and check if there is any program.

press Ctrl+Alt+Del and click on new task then type explorer and press enter
