Men have more belly fat and therefore a deeper bellybutton for lint to collect in. Many years ago I was taking a nap and my two year daughter decided to stack Cheerio's in my bellybutton. I carry a little extra weight around the mid section and she was able to get about a half dozen of them firmly wedged into my bellybutton. I was still picking out pieces a week later.

Intelligence and character are abundant qualities found only in the male species. And, as older males tend to possess oodles of grey belly button fluff, and women don't, it stands to reason that
Grey Belly Button Fluff = Intelligence and Character

Grey? My bloke get's blue stuff. What's minging is when he gets in the bath before me and you see the fluff swimming around in the water. Eurgh!
I've heard or read somewhere that it's because they have hairy belly buttons. The hair catches all the fluff from the day and the fibres from their clothes and makes a little fluff ball.

Men of course have more hair than women, that is most women. As a man moves around all day long his hairs pull against the clothing he is wearing. Moving back and forth and up and down and side to side the hair make like a cotton-candy treat only made of cotton inside the belly-button Where it hide until the end of the day.

i think i'll have to do an in depth study on this
is that subjective or objective, that women don't have grey belly button fluff?
wonder if i can get a grant to finance a study
can you just a go up to people in the street, and ask them to show their belly buttons?

That's because men have hairy bellies and the fluff comes from the static charge from their clothes!

Don't some men have little hairs in there?? That would certainly help trap the fluff stuff.

Their clothes are grey or darker than women's. (The fluff comes off the clothes it is not something your navel produces on it's own!)
