Do they listend to rock, metal, rap, pop or is that too liberal for them? Do they riverdance, that might be good enough.

I'm a moderate with conservative leanings. I listen to all kinds of music, but I prefer rock. Right now, I'm listening to Stone Temple Pilots. I have about 400 cd's, about 300 of which are some kind of rock (metal, classic, or modern), 3 or 4 of which are country, and the rest are classical, opera, rap, R&B (Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Lauryn Hill, India.Arie, Angie Stone...), hip-hop, and some (but very little) pop.
Conservatives are as varied as liberals.
I despise river dance.
I do listen to some Christian though, like Steve Taylor, Petra, Grammatrain, Johnny Q Public, Newsboys, and Poor Old Lu. Most Christian music sucks, in my opinion.
Did you want to hear that most conservatives listen to either country or Christian?
My mom is a conservative Christian, and she listens to blues and jazz. She really likes big band, opera, and classical as well.
And yet...she thinks that Led Zeppelin is one of the best bands ever, instrumentally, Jim Morrison had a beautiful voice, Metallica has some great songs, Pink Floyd ROCKS (she really likes them), and Alice in Chains was a great band. She was sad, like me, when Layne Staley died. She thought he was good-looking, a good singer and songwriter, and it was a shame how he died.
Oh, and my mom just turned 68.

Rock, jam bands [Widespread panic, Allman Bros, Phish, etc.] alternative country , jazz, classical, reggae. Unlike a commie lib, I have great taste in music!

fortunately for this country, conservatives are everywhere, driving you liberals crazy. We listen to rock, pop, rap, country, and lots of good Christian music, which really drives liberals crazy, since they hate any mention of God. Don't ya just hate it!
