will the holes close up back to the about gauge 20 or 18? im planning to go to about gauge 2 or maybe 4, and after some time, ill let them close up again.. is that possible?

If the streching is done gradually over a long period of time, removal of the thicker gauged jewelry will allow your ears to shrink back down to a "normal" size. I know cuz I've done my own a lot!!!

Ok yeah deffiently... i have a mate who was bigger then mine and his closed up alright... mine is 8 mm which is bigger than gauge 1.... so yeah hope that works out for you... if your only going gauge 2 or 4, i have one ear like that, it should deffienlty close back up.

Probably won't close too much once they are established. The little ones close because the skin is still touching but a big one will stay big forever.
