That kind of question (and you could ask the same of any political party) seems like it might lead to an answer that looks more like a dissertation than something that we could answer quickly and succinctly on this site in a manageable amount of time. Perhaps your scope is a bit broad. You may want to think about opening up the dialog with a question that's something a bit less than, shall we say, "Why are we here" or "Explain in depth the pros and cons of a two-party system".

That is a lie, they have not filed for Bankruptcy protection under Title 11. The book is just a smear book with no facts.
