I'm about 6''4, and 212 pounds(15 stone 5 pounds), but most of it is fat rather than lean muscle.

When people look at me they think that I am very muscly, but I'm not. My body fat percentage is 21%

The thing is I want to lose all the fat, but if I do I will look very skinny. A friend told me to lose the fat first and then bulk up after.

Someone else told me to bulk up first and then lose the fat after, but I don't want to put on any more fat on to my body.

So I was just wondering is there anyway that I can put on an incredible amount of muscle while losing the 21% body fat at the same time, or must I do one first and concentrate on the other after.

Yes, it is very possible.

The best is to weight train every other day along with cardio 3-6 days a week. Muscle will help you raise your metabolism and burn more calories but the cardio is what is going to get you to lose the fat. Also, you cannot expect to be 0% body fat, that isn't very realistic. 7% would be good. As well, eat 5-6 small mals a day that are prefferably healthy.

Good luck on getting buff you stud you!
