The answer depends on what sort of climate they can thrive in.
For hot climates I would suggest Christmas Island. Lets face it after all the atomic tests done there who on Earth would want to live on it and we could palm it off on them by saying that Christmas in some countries is a time for giving presents, so in
the spirit of this, Merry Christmas, Oh! by the way, you might want to wear your space suits whilst staying there for a while.
For cold climates - Spitzbergen (off Norway). I don't know of any people who have heard of it and why would anyone here want to live in a freezing place that sees a descent amount of daylight for only half a year and Oh! You might want to raise shields because the Norwegians might have something to say about it.

If aliens landed, they'd most probably have mastered faster-than-light travel, which is forbidden by the theory we use, not to mention achieving it.

in other words their technology would be so advanced, that they certainly would not have to ask for any particular country - they could just take it.

then it would depend what kind of life form they are. They may like a lot of dry and heat, or a lot of cold, or they may prefer what we prefer.

They wouldn't have to ask. They'd know, and it would be midwest USA. Everything grows huge here. Just don't tell em that we stole it from the native Americans. That might make the aliens force USA to treat native Americans better...unless the aliens are just here for oil.

Africa, that way all those people suffering could be moved to a more comfortable country and the aliens could sort out all the problems like drought, that's if they are as clever as we imagine them to be x

If aliens came from some distant planet (certainly outside of our solar system) and had the technology and time to get here, they can have whatever country they want! Whichever one is most like their 'home' planet.

I'm not quite sure....
it's a debate in my head...
should we give them Pakistan / India because all their inhabitants have moved over here?
Should we give them Iraq... maybe they could sort out the terrorists?
Should we give them an eastern European country, because they are all here too (and more on the way)
If we wanted to make life comfortable to them we'd give them England, no-one would notice them amongst all the other foreigners!

Give them Pakistan, the aliens will be busy for ages fighting the Pakistanis.

The US can live in peace.
