Yes. I opened my first telephone bill and saw that it was over $700. I had only had the phone for a short time and really freaked out. Then I discovered that I had gotten someone else's bill. The post office just put it in the wrong box.

yes-my cell phone bill is usually about $100 a month. I opened the bill and it was $450 because my wife used almost 2000 minutes over the paid time. Needless to say, she doesn't have that phone anymore

HOLY SMOKES!! Thant sucks. It has happened to me. What we try to do is when we have little extra money we put in a sock drawer so when those surprises come up at least you have a little to help out with the bill.

Yes a hospital bill it was $2000.00, but I found out the insurance had not paid their part yet.
