There are no mixed feelings here. You like him and find him attractive, probably lust after him and the little girl in you is saying 'Stop it you harldy know the man!'. He probably is an attractive fella.
Solution: there is no solution. What are your priorities? You wanna take him home to meet mama? Get to know him and see if he's worth mama's time. Wanna get jiggy with it? Release the tension. Go get 'em tigeress!

look at his body language, if all signals are pointing to the fact that he might like you too then try asking him to dinner or a drink somewhere.
but be aware he may have someone at home, this could be the reason for the mixed signals...he could be feeling guilty that he feels for you the way he does.
