umm i have not herd of one if you do tell me but you can protect them from putting them on a CD or mp3 player but i don't like doing that because it dose not protect them from being deleted

Umm....I believe Nero Burning software provides data encryption of CDs that you burn...try them, there's a freebie on the CNET download site

1)Zip the program and set pwd then write back to CD.

2)See it is possible in Adobe Encore DVD for media files.But it can be fetched.

3)It is possible if u know Unix.

4)Check this one it is possible.

using winzip protected type and then wright file i thing if it's the way, otherwise if it's not possible
