Whilst on a night out in Manchester in 2002 my friend Paul disapeared. He turned up at my house 4 hours later with a car wash token in his pocket and no memory of where he'd been! It puzzles us to this day....

I reckon he went to get some milk, was accosted in the street and traded it for a bag of chips. Then he met a tramp who swapped the chips for his coat and a bottle of meths. Paul drunk the meths (Hence no memory) and then carried on down the street. He then saw a salvation army person who looked cold, so he was kind enough to give the coat to them. The sally ann person emptied the pockets and gave him £2 which was in there. She also offered him a lift, but the car was dirty. Paul went and bought a wash token with the £2, but by the time he got back, she'd driven off to save the world. Still slightly delirious from the meths, Paul wandered back to yours, just coming out of the trance as he knocked your door... Does that help??
PS my name is Paul too, so I'm only judging him on my behaviour lol!!

If u were on a night out, I wouldn't be surprised if he had had his drink spiked and he wondered off to do what he wanted at the time, but cant remember a thing, one thing is for certain, he had intentions of washing his car, but didn't.

That dont sound good! was he date raped? did someone drug him and take him for their own personal pleasure?
