My father recently got re married after being a widower for 8 years, I had met his Fiance only twice during my last 3 years at college although my father talked about her all the time. Well it turns out to my surprise that while we were prepping for the wedding I found out that her daughter was a girl named Stephanie who I had been hooking up with at college quite frequently. we never thought about dating or anything she was just kind of like my after party hook up...ya know...I knew the girl but not enough to know alot about her life. Now she is my step sister and for one all my friends bust my balls about it. And secondly the more I hang out with her the more I really do like her...What the heck should I do? It can't be legal to date your step sister right?

If she is not a blood relative, there is no harm in it. It is perfectly legal.

She is no blood relation to you at all so it is perfectly legal to date her. You don't have to think of her as your step sister, you were not brought up together as brother and sister right?
The only problem you have is to get over the ribbing you might get from people, but if you father had never married her mother then she'd just be another girl, she still is that same girl. If you like each other don't let something trivial like that get in your way.

No legal issues, you're not a blood relative. You can date, shag and even marry a stepsister perfectly legally.
For the purposes of her being a potential girlfriend, therefore, you should simply view her as any other girl, and if you like her and she likes you there's no harm in trying.
To prevent potential problems with your father and step mother I suggest that you explain to them that you have already been seeing this girl before you knew you were going to be a relation.

I don't see why not, you both should be adults since you are in college so it's not like you grew up together and their is no blood relations between you, i guess it might be a little weird when you think about the fact that she is your step sister if you can deal with that and perhaps the ball busting i say go for it.

It is legal to date ur step sister u guys are only related cause of ur dad and her mom. Ive seen this many times nothin to worry about if you want to date her go for it there's nothin wrong with it. After all you guys arent blood related that's what counts.

Heck yes it is legal, not a law anywhere in any state against it, no blood there, the key word is STEP! As in step sister, not sister or baby sister.

not sure, but there is no reason why you cant, you are both old enough to make that choice, as for your parents, i suppose they will be torn for a bit, but I'm sure they will get over it, and also remember if you do date her, and if you do break up, there will most definitely be that awkward time when both of you are home for some reason or another, so take that into consideration, or you could change schools and move on

lol It is totally legal to date your step sister since ya know she doesn't have any of your related blood in her!! Its not that horrible I mean it's kinda like in the movies lol goodluck and Godbless!!

It probably depends on the country, but most of the time if you didn't grow up with your stepsister then it should be alright.
It's not like if you had kids they'd be deformed because of it, you're not blood relatives..

Its not illegal. There is nothing wrong if both of you carry on with ur affairs.
But some day or the other when both of you will continue ur new relation in house , i mean she as ur step sister, then you youreslf will feel that wat you are duing is not right.
My suggestion is both of you carry on your relations wat ever way these are now. But dont move FURTHER AHEAD IN YOUR OLD RELATIONS.
The time gap only will guggest you wat you should do and move with that decission.
