ALWAYS!!!!!!! I honk my horn, and yell out to them, and drive away. I can see in the rear-view mirror that they are smiling and waving. Works on prisoners working on roads too.

always....it is b/c when i was a teenager there was this really really hot guy who worked in construction (i live in a very small town) and we always checked him out. we sometimes went driving around looking for the construction zone. so now it just seems normal and natural to check out those guys.
