You shouldnt even believe the pictures, let alone the stories. I used to work in a celebrity photo agency, and the airbrushing that goes on is more than unbelievable! Oh, and when you see "unsuspecting" celebs on holiday, yet they seem to be posing...Its coz they are most of the time - They know full well the papparazzi are there, and 9 times out of 10, their agents have let the pap know...It's all extra publicity dahhlings!
Plus, you know when you see the likes of George Michael apparently meeting up with strangers - How come you never see pics of them TOGETHER? Its because usually the pic of the celebrity is nowhere near where they are supposed to be...He's more than likely just coming out of a bar or something - ALONE!
And when David Beckham "apparently" snogged that girl...Funny that the pap were there, and they have extremly fast shutter speeds on their camera's, yet no one actually got a pic of the "snog"... Funny that!

Does anyone care ..... !!!!
Most sensible people should be able to see how transparent they are .... and realise there is usually a bookdeal, film, record being promoted behind the whole situation.
Noted Posh was in the Metro this am .... saying might be pregnant .. What is the point of might be prenant except that her PR people have noted , nobody gives a flying pig and she not been in the news for a week.

Not really, as most of it is put there by their Publicists anyway.
Celebs pay these people huge amounts of dosh to keep them in the public eye and present the kind of image they want to the world, even if that means hooking a gay actor up with a "girlfriend" or hiding a drug habit or whatever (or even promoting a drug habit, as in the case of Pete Doherty, if they feel it adds to the celeb's "rebel image")
Or making out that Charlotte Church is a nice down to earth funny Welsh girl when she's really a rude stuck up, arrogant, nasty little cow. Thats a great feat of publicity spin that one. I'm sure the truth would shock many people.

Sometimes, there are several stories that they were reporting that turned out to be true ie, Lance Bass being gay, the whole Jen/Brangelina thing.
Most celebrity interviews are just PR opportunities though, just selling whatever product they are pushing this week.

No...even though I'm guilty of buying those rag mags. I know it's terrible , but I like the pics. It's a guilty pleasure...as I support those horrid paparazzi.

It depends how accurate it sounds.I know someone who works for a huge publication and he says most of the "rumors" are true.If not then they would be slapped with lawsuits.
