He was a true AUSSIE.
A stunning role model as he portrayed his love and dedication to his work, his family, his country. As well as the true passion he put into everything he did. He lived life to the fullest and didn't miss a minute of it. How many of us can say the same thing about ourselves? A great loss, but many wonderful memories!

The man knew he would not die in bed at an old age, he took risks every day. It was his time to go. Period. Will he be missed?Absolutely. I feel sorry for the kids who do not grasp death too well. My grandson age 10 cried and he does understand.

My family and I were very saddened by his death and, yes, I got teary-eyed a time or two seeing pictures of him and his family on television . The words I would use to describe him are caring, smart, brave, family-oriented, and carefree. He will be sadly missed by many...
