my condition is very fragile. Even slight distubance in dosage causes me setback. Presently I'm taking 125 mg thyroxine daily. Two months back with the same dosage, my condition became 'hyper', and I had to take medicine to control my condition. I'm suffering for the last 3yrs, and I'm 31 yrs old. I have two children. the younger one was born 4 yrs back.

I would strongly suggest that you find a naturopath who can help determine which herbal and/or homeopathic therapies would work the best for you. In such a fragile state, I would not start self-medicating with herbals based on information in this forum. There are a lot of very well-intended, helpful, knowledgeable people on Answers; but I think it's hard to recommend exactly what you need over the internet.

A naturopath or homeopath would perform kinesiology (muscle-testing) to find the appropriate combinations of therapies to help balance you and promote healing. If you don't know a naturopath or homeopath, you can check the sites I have listed below. Each one has them listed by state.

I'm a strong believer in alternative and/or natural meds, but in this case your condition is too serious to rely on hit-or-miss alternatives. You need to be under the watchful eye of a medical doctor. There are too many consequences to take chances with random or untested treatments. See your physician!
