I don't know some people were just borne to be dumb!!! That's what I think!!! It's actually not that they are dumb there just a bit slower in the brain!!!

people are dumb because they choose 2 and they take the risk of being teased and never talked 2 ever again!
(trust me, it happened to my friend, she now has no friends!!)
