I was reading in Anthony Kiedis' biography - Scar Tissue which mentions Cobain's suicide... He said he shot himself the day after he was released from rehab and rather walk through the door, Cobain jumped the fence.... Kiedis mentions that he just didn't seem right mentally....

Cobain was a beautiful artist and one that is still sorely missed by many...

OOOOH,Poor little rich rock star, can't handle it? They make me sick! I have NO sympathy for any of these celebrities that have no control over their lives. They all need a reality check. So he killed himself..oh the pressure, they don't know pressure! He was an idiot, like many before him in the same business. Raise some kids on your own, working 2 jobs that pay crap and wonder on a daily basis where you're gonna get money to keep your bills paid, find a way to work & someone to watch your kids while you are there. Find enough food for the week and then tell me about pressure and depression. I lived it for years! OOps, I didn't kill myself or get addicted to drugs or alcohol!

I think it was the drugs. Kurt Cobain was amazing in Nirvana. He had a daughter. Who could do that? Kill themselves with a child? I mean, I love his music, but I can't respect him as a person.

I guess it was because of the irony that he was so successful yet so empty inside. He had so many fans, including me, who looked up to him but when he looked inside himself, he really didn't realize what it was that people idolized him for. He was empty inside like a lot of us feel from time to time. It is a pity and a damned shame that one was there for him at the time he needed friendship the most.

That's not how you spell his name, but I'm fairly sure he did it because he was a whinny, selfish little bi-tch!!! He had like a 3 year old kid for f-ck sakes. An icon or rock legend? Not! A complete loser!

He is the only one that knows. The only thing I can say is that nobody in their right mind would do this. I feel sorry for him.
