how do i create another yahoo account it keeps coming up the same?

Go to Yahoo.com and sign up for a new account just like you did for the first account. Just use a different ID name for the new account.

You may need to delete all you cookies if yahoo automatically fills the form with your existing data.

In Internet Explorer go to:

Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies
