The easiest way to learn english is to speak it all the time. Get american or english friends. Email with them or talk on the phone. Message and stuff like that. And if you dont know a word. Discribe it with as many words as you need, in english... thats how i did it! Its the easiest and funniest way!!

The hardest part about English it seems is tenses, spelling of some words and slang. The slang and common phrases especially will throw you off as many have meanings different from the deffinition you'll find in a dictionary.

Read english magazine, newspapers, books, talk to your friends know how to speak english and ask them if they can help you to learn english language (writing, reading and speaking). From my experience i reccomend.
Watch english movies.
Talk English.
Within a few months u can speak english easily.
But it is very difficult to start catching in the beginning.so try try try try try try try ......
