where does the fiction scifi based idea of George Lucas' STARWARS originally came out from?
and also the other movies, such as Aliens, Independence day! etc......
and if there exist, are they friendly or what.......

You can believe what I'm about to tell you or leave it as fiction. Yes, there are aliens and we are being visited by them. They are just as curious about us as we are of them. We are being visited by several intelligent species, some very human looking, some not. The U.S. government knows this and even has proof that aliens exist and it has leaked out that the government even has routine communication with some of these intelligent aliens. The aliens that visit us have not shown hostile intentions so far. If their intentions were to destroy us or take over they have the technology and knowledge to do so at any time. The government keeps it's alien secrets under wraps. Why? multiple reasons. A) The government is powerless to stop the aliens and the government doesn't want you to think of your government as powerless to stop something. B) The government just doesn't believe that we (the people) are ready (have the proper mindset) to role out the evidence. The government is afraid that people might "freak" C) the government doesn't want to reveal to other goverments and potential enemies what technology and know-how we possess. If you want to find out for yourself, get a degree in nuclear physics. Stay out of trouble and apply for a government job that requires a top-secret security clearance. Once "inside" you might be able to work you way up to a point where you can have access to all the "stuff" that the government keeps secret, like alien technology and artifacts. Be warned though, a security clearance at that level is more of a curse than a blessing. (if you can even get there)

If I remember rightly, "Star Wars" was originally supposed to be a western, but Lucas realised there were too many westerns on TV at the time, so he changed it to an outer space theme at the last minute in the hope of creating something noone had seen before. He succeeded with his gamble of course, as we all know! The science behind the films is not very accurate though.
If you're looking for something like that which may have been inspired by "truths", try the Stargate SG1 series!
Dependant on your age, there is literature around that speaks of ET's on Earth, both good and bad. Google "project blue book" and "The grudge report" especially for some dubious material to sift through that I think you would enjoy!

you got to ask your self this question what are we. confident the place knowned to be human beings in this planet, yet what approximately from yet another viewpoint of ways we are regarded upon from yet another clever life sort. Then ask your self the question if better terrestials exist.
