Do you know any beautiful park in the bay area, excluding San Francisco? A well lighted park is preferred.

Not necessarily a park, but going out to Santa Cruz Boardwalk might an option!
You've got the beach, the boardwalk, the Giant Dipper, and plenty of room to relax. Just a short drive out. :-)
(And since you posted this in Amusement Parks, you might also consider Six Flag Vallejo, a short drive south of Napa, which as you already know, is a gorgeous place to relax/unwind.)
