Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't. Well you can but I wouldn't do it at the gym without making sure you've got double protection as the strain of exercise can sort of dislodge a tampon.

Yes, as long as you feel up to it you can exercise while having your period. I know when I used to get my period, exercise and walking actually sometimes helped my cramping,

yes you can...it just makes you really sick feeling, and if you are jogging will make your flow heavier, so if you go jogging, better put in a super
if you are doing sit ups, you will also be really sick and your stomach will keep hurting and making you more sick

I have exercised when I was, but it wasnt very effective because I felt like crap the whole time
