In WinXP, click on "MY Computer" then double click on your Webcam - it should be listed in there.
There should now be an option to "take a new picture"

You need a photo software on your computer like photo mvp. If you have the software on your computer already go to the software and start your web cam then you will be able to take a picture.

if your web cam has this option then just click the webcam photo button and it will appear on the screen.

you have to install the soft ware which comes with cam, focus and clik by mouse or clik button on cam
