Be as kind and gentle as you can. It isn't unusual for one person to love another that doesn't love him. When you say ugly person what do you mean? Ugly on the inside? The only truely ugly people are those who are ugly on the inside....

Just explain to him that even though you're a girl who appears to be beautiful on the outside you are actually ugly on the inside.
And, when he comes here with a question, others will tell him he's much better off without you.

first of all dont descriminate cuz who knows in the long road he could get cuter, have money, be popular so be nice to him. the world is a small place just cuz you dont think hes hot doesn't mean he doesnt like you. tell him in a nice way you'd like to be friends first and see where that goes who knows maybe you'll fall for him looks arent everything. maybe he could be very cute but wont treat you like a queen and maybe a less attractive guy will just think about it before you push him away

Be kind. Beauty is only skin deep and inner beauty is what counts when you get to know someone.
If you don't want anything to do with him then be polite and tell him pleasantly but firmly that you do not feel any chemistry between you and you are not interested in any sort of relationship.

break up contact. dont try to be friends, he will die beeing near you but not getting you. break up contact, so its hard for him at first but later better.
if you want you can also say him this. it's the best, that we break up conttact because i dont wanna hurt you and so on^^
